Look no further if a simple no-nonsense PSU is what you’re looking for – enter the Raider 650w from FSP!
I kid you not when I say that the PSU is simple. A total of 5 cables, one for ATX, one for CPU12V, one for SATA, one for 4-pin molex and one for PCI-E.
There are no fancy stickers on either side of the box, and neither does it come with removable fan grill.
As for the power delivery, the system is of a Single Rail setup with 50A on the 12V rail.
Until I ever get myself a Sun Moon load tester, computer load is the best I can do for PSU review and so far the system works very well, although the fan seems to be on the noisy side regardless of load. That’s not exactly a bad thing, after all airflow is good, especially if your PSU is to be mounted at the top of the casing.

The Verdict
The PSU retails at about RM 270, and it’s certainly the best available (in my opinion) Power Supply Unit at this price range. Thinking of powering an R9 290X rig? This PSU won’t break a sweat powering those graphic cards.
