I’m sure many of you are aware of the 13.11 Beta Drivers are already available for the AMD GPUs.
I thought I’d do a quick report on the performance boost I saw from 13.4 to 13.11 (I skipped 13.9)

The Verdict
There’s a marked improvement on 3DMark scores but as for the rest of the games, the improvements are negligible.
The driver seems to be stable so far, for more details you may visit the 13.11 Beta Drive page.
From the page, it is stated the the games that you will see improvements are
– Total Warâ„¢: Rome 2 – improves performance up to 10%
– Splinter Cell® Blacklistâ„¢ – improves performance up to 7% on single GPU and AMD CrossFireâ„¢ configurations
– The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim® – improves performance up to 9%
