Here’s the under-side of the SSD.
What’s neat about the design of this SSD is that it’s pure black with only the GAMER word in silver. This means the SSD should fit nicely into a case modification with almost any theme.
Below are the details of the Gamer Series SSD, taken from the official product page.
The Gamer Series SSD uses GALAX’s Heracles controller to improves gaming by allowing maximum speed running at longer duration. This is done so with the SLC Cache Auto-Release which streamlines the data pipeline and prevents cache bottlenecks. In doing so it eliminates the performance drops prevalent in competing drives and lets GALAX Gamer Series SSDs maintain their maximum speed indefinitely. It also comes with built-in wear leveling and Error Correct Code (ECC) ensure data remains secure and transfers reliable even after years of heavy use.
