Microsoft adds 4 Bing Apps (News, Sports, Weather, Finance) to Windows Phone 8

Microsoft announced the arrival of 4 new free Bing Apps over their Facebook page just yesterday, however it wasn’t without a hitch.

The premature announcement lead to quite a number of disgruntled users. 🙁

I think WP8 has potential but screw ups as such are detrimental to the growth of the market share of Windows device.

Now, back to the apps.

The apps are….

I’m not a WP8 user and I can’t help but wonder why weren’t these apps released any sooner.

These apps looked great and I felt that it could’ve been more helpful to Microsoft’s entry to the mobile market if was released along with the WP8.
