Cooler Master, a leader in design and manufacturing computer components and peripherals, has announced an updated variant of their popular MasterBox 5 mid-tower case. The new MasterBox Pro 5 builds upon the flexibility of the MasterBox 5 with a transparent front panel and a tempered glass side panel to show off your hardware.
“The tempered glass side panel in the MasterBox Pro 5 allows builders to showcase their high-end hardware easily without resorting to third-party side panels,” said Rick Chen, Case Product Manager. “This is a case for enthusiasts who aren’t averse to a little showboating.”
Go large
The MasterBox Pro 5 features a flexible internal layout, allowing you to fit massive E-ATX motherboards in its compact dimensions. The motherboard tray features well-placed cutouts to allow you to make space for gigantic 410mm/16.2” long graphics cards and 360mm radiators. Fully load out all the drive bays with support for up to four drives. It’s all up to you. You are in control of the space in the MasterBox Pro 5.
Keep your cool
All the high-end hardware that the MasterBox Pro 5 can accommodate will definitely require great cooling to keep them running optimally. To achieve that, you can either go the air-cooling route with support for up to four 120mm fans (three in front, one at the rear), or opt for liquid cooling with support for 240mm, 280mm and 360mm radiators. The MasterBox Pro 5 also has plenty of cutouts for cable management, so your wires are never in the way of your airflow.
Make them drool
The MasterBox Pro 5 comes with a 4mm thick edge-to-edge tempered glass side panel which lets you show off your build. A built-in PSU cover and ample space for cable routing behind the motherboard tray ensures that you won’t have unruly cables snaking their way around your case. A transparent front panel is also brought over from the MasterBox 5 Dual Tone to help it stand out from all the other boring cases. If that’s not enough, go for the MasterCase Pro 5 RGB for even more bling. The MasterCase Pro 5 RGB comes with three 120mm RGB fans in front and a RGB connector splitter certified for ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and ASRock motherboards.
