Overclocking and Benchmarks

The Apacer Blade Fire DDR4 3000Mhz module is impressive, capable of going from 3000 to 3466 without the need to change any settings, however boosting vdimm didn’t help with tightened timings so the best gain is from the speed boost.

Here’s the performance difference between stock Apacer Blade Fire DDR4 3000Mhz and overclocked to 3466Mhz, stability was tested with 15 loops of Memtest64 while benchmark done on AIDA64

The kit works on AMD Ryzen setup as well, however the overclocked speed is at 3333Mhz at max, not bad at all.

The Verdict

The Apacer Blade Fire DDR4 3000Mhz retails at RM 750 and comes with 3 years warranty, the build quality is good and being able to achieve some 15% overclock is certainly amazing.

I couldn’t ask for more, after all you’re paying for a DDR4 3000Mhz kit that is capable of running stable at 3466Mhz.
