Nokia announced that the Asha 503 will be hitting the stores this Friday (Tomorrow, if you’re reading this article on 9th January).
What’s new in the Nokia Asha 503?
It’s a step up from the Asha 501 that I reviewed a few months ago.
The Nokia Asha 503 has 3.5G capabilities, 5MP camera with LED flash, and a scratch-resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass screen.
The Nokia Asha 503 is available in single SIM and Easy Swap Dual SIM variants. The Easy Swap Dual Sim variant caters to those who aim for better tariffs or alternate between SIM cards for SMS, voice and data, without having to turn off the device.
Here’s a summary ….
• Display: 3†scratch-resistant curved Gorilla glass screen
• Weight: 110.2g
• Standby time, single SIM: up to 35 days
• Standby time, Dual SIM: up to 20 days
• Network: 3.5G
• Camera: 5MP camera with flash
• Other: Bluetooth 3.0 with SLAM
• Suggested retail price: RM 319
• Available colours: yellow, bright red, white and black
My thought is that this will work pretty much like the Asha 501 but the design just looks a little funny, as seen on the official product page.
