Gamers on a budget, rejoice for an affordable gaming keyboard from TteSPORTS is here. The brand TteSPORTS needs no introduction if you’re familiar with The International DoTA2 Championship, the brand is a sponsor to many teams.
Now on with the Poseidon ZX, which essentially is a compact (read : tenkeyless) keyboard with blue LED but that’s with a good reason – the keyboard comes with Blue Mechanical switches.
There’s no indicator whether the switch is from Cherry, it does felt slightly different from the Cherry Blue MX switches that I’ve gotten used to but I could be wrong.
The Poseidon ZX comes with a Windows-lock key (that dual arrow key between print screen and pause) and it also N-Key rollover over USB.
It also comes with red colored key caps for WASD and arrow keys, of which the A key is the TteSPORTS emblem instead of an alphabet.
The keyboard looks no different from any other but I think it’s the finer details on it that I appreciate, take for example the grooves at the holds your headset’s wires in place.
Then there’s also the padding that caters to the tilt of the keyboard.
Lastly there’s the front side of the keyboard that’s angled for comfort.

The TteSPORTS Poseidon ZX the world’s first mechanical gaming keyboard with 5-years warranty and it retails at RM 299.
Sure, there’s no macro keys nor fancy dancing LED colors but what you do get is a sweet mechanical gaming keyboard at under RM 300!
