The 3920P is another small sized mouse from Rapoo, the size is quite similar to that of the 3710P reviewed earlier but what’s the difference?
From my perspective, the 3920P is a like a hybrid, design cues and customizable buttons like the 7800P with the form factor of 3710P, minus the super long battery life BUT with the ability to function on glass, a feature not found on the other 2.
The buttons are also configurable via the Rapoo software, a rather small interface but feature rich with many pre-set options available to assign to all the buttons, including the scroll wheel.
Here’s a size comparison with the 7800P.
The mouse has 3 feet at the bottom and I think they’re very well placed, one large piece towards the front and 2 other pieces at the rear to cover all range of movements, gliding over mouse pads with ease. I like it when they place the mouse feet towards the left and right instead of just front and back.
The mouse comes with batteries pre-installed. It’s also great to see that they prepared a slot for you to keep the USB receiver unit.
The mouse is small, certainly not the type that you’d like to use for gaming unless you don’t have a choice. The buttons are comfortable to press and the side buttons are in perfect reach of the thumb.
Does it work on glass? I tested the 3920P on transparent acrylic surface and it worked flawlessly.
