Benchmarks and Battery Life
For actual usage, I tried playing Asphalt 8 and it seems that the draw is around 7% for 10 minutes game time.
Imaging / Photography
The camera on the Neffos C7 works fine just as any other phone camera when lighting is ideal.
Indoor shots? Well it’s not too shabby either.
I like it that the Neffos C7 here is able to balance out between the bright and shaded areas.
Indoor and close-up? Not too shabby at all, they’re photos straight out of the camera.
I like the HDR capability of the Neffos C7, as you can see from the images below the images turned out better with HDR enabled and the difference is distinct.
The camera UI looks good but I didn’t like that it takes too many steps just to toggle between HDR, after all it’s just 2 options so it should be just one tap to enable and one tap to disable but Neffos made it such that after tapping you still have to choose the mode.
The Neffos C7 retails at just RM 599, it is an affordable smartphone that’s plenty sufficient for anyone as long as they do not already have a demand for higher resolution screen and faster processor.
It has good screen output, battery life and camera and that makes it quite a bargain for a phone at RM 599.
