Inching its way into the gaming scene, it shouldn’t be long before HyperX has their own range of mouse to pair with their mouse pad line-up. The Fury is HyperX’s latest range of mouse pad, featuring soft fabric for speed mouse glide.
Make no mistake, the surface is so fine I that it reflected lights, I thought I took a bad photo or something.
Here’s a close-up of the fabric, it’s very fine in nature and comfortable for long term usage. What I like is that it doesn’t have stitched edges like some mouse pad, allowing your wrist to move around with far less friction.
The FURY uses natural rubber for the underside, cross-weaved to provide excellent grip.
The Fury mouse pad comes in 4 sizes, 290×240, 360×300, 500×420 and 900×420. The one in this review is 360×300 but I think 290×240 would suffice for most people. Buy a large one, cut them up into 4 pieces and share among friends if you insist on cutting cost. 😛
User Experience & The Verdict
The HyperX FURY Pro Gaming mouse pad works great as a mouse pad, I like that it’s thin and light weight. Being a fabric mouse pad with fine texture, gliding the mouse around was effortless.
The retail price starts at 10 USD for the smallest, size availability varies from country to country.
