HP Announced Three New Android-based Consumer Devices

The latest addition to HP’s offering are the Slate7, Slatebook x2 and the Slate 21.


The Slate Series utilizes the highly versatile Android platform, aiming to helpi users transition effortlessly from creation to productivity to entertainment through effective integration of touch technology and new form factors

The HP Slate7 runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, powered by ARM A9 1.6GHz Dual Core Processor, 1GB RAM and comes with 8GB eMMC (with expandable storage), 7-inch diagonal multitouch display with wide
viewing angle (1024 x 600), Front / Back camera, 3500mAh battery.

The HP Slate21 All-in-One PC runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, powered by NVIDIA® Tegra Quad-Core T40S, 1GB RAM and comes with 8GB eMMC storage. It has a 21.5″ IPS Full HD screen.

The HP Slatebook 10 x2
runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, it is also powered by the NVIDIA® Tegra Quad-Core T40S. 2GB sized RAM with a choice of 16 / 32 / 64GB storage variants. The display panel is a 10.1-inch WUXGA Antiglare LED-backlit Display (1920×1200).
