The SilverStone RL06 enters the market as something that’s aimed to be a balance between aesthetics and value for money. Out of the box the SilverStone RL06 might not look like a stunner, that’s true because it looks best when fully setup.
Now before I go into the details, here’s the specs as seen on the official product page. The model in this review is the SST-RL06BR-PRO which is the one in black with red trims and has 3x 120mm LED (red) fan pre-installed.
As always I start from the top, the RL06 has upward facing ports and it comes with a magnetic mount dust filter for the top that hosts up to 2x 140mm fans.
The power button is tucked on a corner that’s away from the rest of the ports, this is a good thing as it helps you avoid accidental power-down of the system.
Over at the front, the cover is with red trims on all sides and it has this angled design that gives it a rather artistic appearance.
With the cover removed, what you have here are 3x 120mm fans and a clip-on dust filter.
Here’s the view from the rear.
As for the bottom, the Silverstone RL06 comes with 3 large feet and a dust filter for the PSU opening.
