I’m want to buy 9800GT..it’s worth?i’m confius with the some graphic card like 48xx..who is the best between those two?

Yes, they’re easily OCed. I tried 700/1000 using ExperTool and it didn’t crash the system……. but I didn’t do further benchies on it.

Forgot to say I have a 9800GT 1024GB and like I said its oced very easy with just nvidia fan adjustment software 675/1005/1650.

I have one in my HP M9300T with a QC Q9450 2.666 and 6GB of ram pc 6400
I knew it was just an updated version of the 8 line yet it still the card is fast loves to game and games look great.I am running this puppy at 675/1005/1650 thats not maxing maxing stable 700/1005/1700 all I use a adjustable fan software from nvidia.At the cost of 167 on sale now its a steal and 2 well out run a 260

if i’m not wrong, there’s a limited edition, vmodded and coolice overclock version. Hopefully you could lay your hand on this Limited Edition Gainward Geforce 9800GT 512MB DDR3 Coolice Vmod Edition.

no problem! yes they’re cheap, especially the basic 9800GT and you can overclock it to the GS speed easily.

slight difference, not much when it comes to framerates. as for the price, it’s stated on the 2nd paragraph of the Conclusion part. You missed it.

Ouhh yeah, thanks for reminding me on that. It isn’t exactly just renamed though, it’s basically an improved version of the 8800GT.
