The Mizar is yet another mouse under Cooler Master’s CM Storm that is a more cost-effective option.
The mouse is not ambidextrous, designed for right-handed users.
On the underside are feet that are quite small. It doesn’t affect user experience but I think bigger feet could improve the glide across surfaces.
The LED on CM Storm logo changes as one changes the DPI. The following mouse speed and colors are avaliable.
– 800 DPI (white)
– 1600 DPI (red)
– 3200 DPI (green)
– 8200 DPI (blue)
The cable on the mouse is braided, giving a more premium feel. The sides of the mouse are textured for that “touch” of additional grip.

User Experience & The Verdict
The Mizar retails at around RM 189 which is actually reasonable for a mouse as such. It works as a gaming mouse and Cooler Master does provide software to do customization as well but in my opinion, The CM Storm Reaper is so well priced that I could only see 2 reasons on why people go for the Mizar
1. Keeping the expenditure at a minimal
2. Prefers the smaller feel of the Mizar mouse.
It’s still a good product, it’s just that the Reaper offers much value for money.
