		<description>Yes but i believe the key difference is their INTENTION behind it and whether the operation is legitimate. 

Facebook and such would have a whole list of T&amp;C that you need to understand / know before joining using their service. And if I&#039;m not mistaken, it&#039;s not a REQUIREMENT for you do so as well. It is optional, you&#039;re still using FB without having give out your E-mail accoun details. 

On phishing sites however, they&#039;re saying one thing and doing another. Preying on human weakness to their advantage. Of course that said, all sites do things for their advantage - it&#039;s just a matter of how it&#039;s being done. :)</description>
