It was a very short and simple gathering – visit, eat, and listen to the Nokia reps as they share to use the new Nokia E-mail and also introduce the new E75 phone.

BarCamp / BarCampKL

I have to admit (sheepishly) that I wasn’t aware of such a thing called BarCamp, when Daniel of Entreprenuers.my first talked to me about it I actually thought it had something to do with LAW! What a joke!
Well, I was sure grateful for that introduction, and there I was a BarCampKL just today. There’s another session tomorrow.
And the purpose of this article? Well, let’s just say I had a great time even though I could only make it for the morning sessions and I’d really would like to share this to my readers. 
Yes yes, I have the photos ready too!

Canon Ixus and PowerShot Launch

Canon launches their new line-up for the Ixus and PowerShot product range today and the venue for the Media Briefing was at Dua Residency’s Delicious Café, along Jalan Tun Razak. For those who are not in the know, let’s just say it’s near KLCC. (Don’t know KLCC then need to knock your head already. HAHA!)
Finding my way to Dua Residency wasn’t a problem but the thought of the crazy morning traffic does make me hope I that I’ll better be damn smart or damn lucky in decision making.
DCIM Show 2009

Oddly both the events that I attended in the past 2 days have “2009″ as part of the event name, and both events are totally unrelated.
DCIM Show 2009 is really a highly anticipated event I must say, with many people arranging get-together sessions just to be part of the event. Many of whom I know, are actually hoping for bargains for purchase of photography equipment. From my side of the coin, I’m more inclined towards their seminars more than anything else, so there I was, attending the first seminar for the 3-day event.
BUT before we proceed any further, a little info on what is DCIM…..
