My 3rd article on phishing – I thought of doing a 3rd one on this matter because I just came by another interesting case of phishing.
While the previous cases involve FEAR, this new one preys on the GREED of people.
Why do I not support Earth Hour? Simple – because I believe that we should be conscious of the Earth on a daily basis.
I’m not surprised if the Earth Hour was taken for granted by people who think they need to FEEL GOOD, easing their conscience by not using the electricity for 1 hour.
To backup data isn’t something complex; it just takes a little effort to spare you from an additional memory of regret.
It’s been a while since I wrote the article on phishing, I thought I’d write another one as my father had recently received this E-mail which is pretty deceptive and it was a good thing he asked me about the authenticity of the E-mail. I had a quick look at it and I’m surprised at what these are capable of.
